The author Cosima Montavoci is inspired by the duality of the meaning of pearls between luck and misfortune, happiness and sadness, light and dark, strength and weakness and with her title inspired by the Cure’s song she addresses women to encourage them to stop feeling victims at the mercy of something greater than themselves and take their own destiny into their own hands. Every woman is able to create her own fortune, without waiting for any savior. Let’s take as an example the strength of pearls full of positive and negative meanings, let’s take our destiny in hand courageously, let ourselves be guided by beauty and generosity.
