PAYMENTS

Purchases made on this site are safe and guaranteed and can be made in the following ways:

Payment by bank transfer in advance

In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be shipped only after receiving confirmation of the credit from the bank.

Payment must be made within 3 days from the date of the order. After this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled.
The purpose of the bank transfer must necessarily include the order number, order date and name and surname of the customer.

Payment by credit card

In cases of purchase of goods with a credit card payment method, (at the same time as the order transaction is concluded) the reference bank will authorize the debit of the amount relating to the purchase made. In case of cancellation of the order by both the customer and in the case of non-acceptance of the contract by CREATIVITY, CREATIVITY will request the cancellation of the transaction and the reversal of the committed amount. The release times depend exclusively on the banking system. Once the transaction has been canceled, CREATIVITY will in no case be held responsible for delays and / or damages caused by the banking system.

CREATIVITY reserves the right to request additional information from the customer or to send copies of documents proving ownership of the card used. If the customer does not provide such information and / or copies, CREATIVITY reserves the right not to accept the conclusion of the contract. At no time during the purchase procedure by credit card, CREATIVITY is able to know personal information relating to the owner of the same as the information is transmitted directly to the site of the bank that manages the transaction, a protected site.

Payment with Paypal

By selecting the PayPal payment type, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you will enter your email address and password and make the payment.
Your financial data will not be shared with CREATIVITY but will be managed directly by PayPal
In case of cancellation of the order or non-acceptance by CREATIVITY, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. CREATIVITY will not be responsible for delays and / or damages caused during the reimbursement phase.

Payment with Satispay (only in Italy)

The customer who selects this option will receive a request for payment via mobile phone during business hours from Monday to Saturday. Once the transaction has taken place, the sale will be considered successful and you will receive an email with delivery times.


SHIPMENTS

Cost of Transportation

The cost of transport will be calculated by the system based on the weight of the items ordered and the country of destination.

Extra EU shipping cost does not include import taxes. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Delivery time

The delivery times of the ordered goods vary in consideration of the order placed by the customer (eg if the goods are immediately available) and the delivery methods chosen by the same.
Production times are indicated for each product if the product is not available immediately.
The times indicated for the delivery terms are merely indicative and are in no way binding for CREATIVITY

Availability + Shipping Times = Total Delivery Time
CREATIVITY uses affiliated couriers / carriers that offer the best service / cost ratio for the destination concerned: this allows us to offer customers the best combination of shipping service and cost of the same.

Receipt of goods

Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check:

In case of tampering and / or breakages, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and / or delivery by putting the writing “RESERVE OF CONTROL GOODS FOR …..” (indicate the reason) on the delivery document received by the courier or other operator.
The customer must subsequently report any damage within 24 hours of receipt of the goods in the manner prescribed by the operator who carried out the shipment.
In the event that the shipment of the order is returned to CREATIVITY by the courier / carrier due to the incorrect address provided by the customer, or due to the termination of storage in the courier / carrier’s warehouses, or for any other reason attributable to the negligence of the customer, a new shipment will be possible upon prior notice. advance payment of the same through a link that will be provided to the customer at the time, or alternatively by bank transfer or paypal.
In no case will it be possible to make deliveries by appointment, at fixed times or days.

Checking the status of shipments

It is possible to track the status of any shipment online thanks to the tracking code that the system sends to the customer’s email once the shipment has started, and which contains information on the carrier used, the shipping code and instructions on how to track your shipment.

Non-collection by the recipient
In the event of non-collection of the goods by the recipient, Creativity is in no way responsible.
In this case the product will be destroyed (for shipments outside Italian territory) or returned to the sender.
If returned to the sender, Creativity will refund the order by removing all shipping and collection costs via bank transfer within 15 days of receiving the goods.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014, the customer has the possibility to withdraw from the contract / order stipulated on the Internet without any penalty and without the need to give any explanation, in compliance with the following conditions. The right of withdrawal lapses:

– For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and / or its contents)
– Use, even partial, of the goods and any consumables
– The lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging
– The absence of integral elements of the product
– Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

In the cases indicated above, we will return the purchased good to the sender.

Customers who purchase with a VAT number and those who purchase customized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, the customer must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address below.

The Communication must contain:
– The manifestation of the will to make use of the granted benefit
– The indication of the product (s) for which you decide to make use of the right of withdrawal
– The data relating to the type of payment

The refund will be made only after the correct receipt of the goods through the reversal procedure of the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer.
